SAVE THE DATE! Be on the lookout for registration to open for these awesome camps👀. This is an opportunity to learn and grow and a base and/or flyer. We will focus on proper technique, proper communication, and proper body positions. These stunting bootcamps will be instructed by Coach Brittany, Coach Carson, Coach MJ, and Coach Jo! All of these coaches have been very successful athletes and all help run the stunt lessons here at PAKW! We’re so excited! #pa_life

Cheer experience is a great way to get a glimpse of what cheerleading consists of! Over the weeks of this class the athletes learn how to perform motions, stunting, tumbling, and a dance all compiled together in a routine! They perform this routine for their friends and families at their last practice! How fun is that?! #pa_life

It was another great day for the gymnasts of PAK!!! Congrats to Emily (level 8) and Allie (level 9) who will represent the state of Tennessee at Regionals!!! We are so proud of you!!! And congrats to the PAK Level 8 team for placing 3rd in the state and the level 9 team for placing 4th! 🩵🏅
Some big congratulations are due to the PAK gymnasts!!! The level 7 team came in SECOND IN THE STATE out of 28 teams! Also a huge congrats to the ladies who qualified to represent the state of Tennessee at Regionals next month! Way to go Maizee and Maddie (Level 6), and Molly, Hannah and Gracie (level 7)!
